Back to Life

It lies in her bed, the Eyes closed, but she finds no rest.

It is far too agitated to sleep.

The inner turmoil affects them again and again.

Sometimes, it seems, it gets no air.

She panics and creates it difficult to calm down.

She tries to concentrate the noise at night, in the hope that they give you rest.

make you sleepy.

But again and again her thoughts wander off.

tails off, loneliness in the maelstrom of thousands of issues, anxious thoughts and infinite.

She sits up, when the tears can not stop everything.

Too often in recent times, they overcome this emotional outburst.

is slowly on it, wiping the tears from his face and goes slow almost to the kitchen.

She hopes now that the cocoa, according to a recipe of her beloved grandmother, would give her a better feel.

When she was a little girl, this had always helped her.

Sometimes, because she wanted the time back when she was a little girl.

As concerns small and the dreams were big.

with warm cocoa in hand, she sits by the window and looks into the deep black night.

her cheek against the cool window down, she closes her eyes and tries to get back the feeling of her childhood.

space and time seem to disappear when she suddenly finds himself in the lap of her grandmother.

She is a child again and the world seems to be back in order.

you snuggle up to her grandmother's chest, while these strokes her a strand from her face.

"Do not be sad child." The familiar voice whispered softly.

She looks up and into the trusting eyes of her grandmother.

"I know it's not always easy and sometimes the world is gray and dreary. But it's up to you to change something about it. You know, every man may even be sad and cry. But it's up to yourself, to change his own world and improve it. Every man must stand up again. Remember what's important to you in your life. Do not let yourself be intimidated by others. Stay yourself and everything will work out. "Said the voice continued softly.

Hot tears were running down her cheeks as her grandmother had spoken these words.

A little girl on the lap of her grandmother, with the mind of an adult woman.

"I love you, Grandma." She said affectionately.

"I love you too, my child. I will always watch over you. And now get to have your life back to take in hand. "Said the grandmother, kissing both cheeks before she wiped her tears.

The morning dawned earlier, when she woke up.

She was returned to her world.

A chill overspread her body.

But the thought of her dream, a smile played about her lips.

She got up, got dressed, grabbed a few things in her purse and hurriedly left the house.

you suddenly knew what she had to do.

too long, they had not done.

piece they ran their way to the dunes.

you wanted to reach their favorite spot before sunrise.

In the words of her grandmother in the head, she ran the last mile to its destination.

your target was a bridge at night, which was surrounded by old fishing boats.

When she entered it and slow it ran, crunched the old and rotten wood under it.

With each step she walked to the end of the bridge, she felt that a heavy load fell from her shoulders.

relief and anticipation of long-forgotten things, is making headway in her.

When they finally reached the end, she left her bag Subject closed his eyes and inhaled the fresh sea air.

few minutes she stood motionless there and enjoyed the feeling of being free.

too long, she had not felt this.

And only the words her grandmother had helped her to see this again.

sat cross-legged it down and waited for the sun rose.

you could hear the gulls screeching noise and the sea.

felt connected with all this beauty. wrapped

And as the sun, all the nature in red-gold light, she opened her purse and took out her diary.

At last she wanted to write down what they are employed. What they had violated. And what had robbed her of all the merriment.

you wrote and went through without a break in thought, the last months of her life. Little positive came to light here. She had the finer things in life do not allow more because she was afraid, thereby making more vulnerable.

She had were lost in all the sadness itself.

It was time that this changed exactly.

you suddenly understood that there would always be people who do not understand it, they mocked and vorheuchelten her affection. But these people were not those that were important.

were important to the people who believed in them, which kept always up to her and she had been neglected for far too long.

all the feelings lived not been found, now in her diary again.

Three hours had passed since sunrise, when she slammed the book and it was also a part of their past.

She knew now that it was not a mistake to separate ourselves from people and things that made her scared and hurt.

Again she looked at the beloved sea, watching the gulls to the community, felt the sand under their feet, underscored by the large blades of grass in the dunes and went back into her life.
